ERPstuff - Oracle EBS Community

Hi, Currently i am working as Group IT manager of a group of companies and our managemnt decided to implement Oracle EBS ( HR.Finace,SCM,Manufactering) in our group. But i didnt have any exposure to Orcale EBS and I have only exposure in .net Tech & Orcale 10 G . I dont want to loose this oppurn...
