Hi,

I am trying to understand the validations normally performed when data is transfered from staging tables to interface tables. For example, staging table to GL_INTERFACE_TABLE. Can any one give some examples the kind of validations u may perform in this scenario??

thanks for the reply...i figured out what was the problem....needed to go back to the basics...u need to execute the commit command...thanks folks....this forum is a great great help for bigginners...much appreciated....

Hi, i am new to oracle apps...and i was reading the gl user guide and tried to populate the gl_interface table using sql..i can see the data in gl_interface table. But when i run journal import programme i am getting a warning message saying there is no data in gl_interface table. Could any one help...
