Can anyone tell me how to find the value of the profile for AR Transaction type? Input appreciated.

I Get and error message that says "Could not release Batch Id please release Order from Shipping Transactions Form" when i try to autoship for one country only. Has anyone seen this? Thanks for your input

Hi Admin,

we recently applied baseline patches that i think may have cause the problem. When i populate the "Credit Memo" field in the transaction I do not encounter any problems but the problem is that field should not be populate and i confirmed that its not populated in Production.

Has anyone seen the error message " Awaiting Invoice Interface-Incomplete Data Status" on Sales order line when attempting to release for invoicing? Any input appreciated. Thank you

Hi I ran the workflow background process and it completed successfully but the lines are still in Booked status. I have attached screenshots. It strange that there is not workflow. Hi,

I have a sales order were the items have shipped but the line status is still in Booked status. I also confirmed that the workflow never started for the items so i assume thats why the line status did not change. Anyone seen this before? Thank for your feedback.
