Interface Table for Supplier are ap.ap_suppliers_int, ap.ap_supplier_sites_int, ap.ap_sup_site_contact_int and rejection or error is reflected in same table in STATUS Column.

MTL_SYSTEM_ITEMS_INTERFACE is the table for item interface.

Please define purchasing options, financial Options for your Organization. Also check that you have defined master org and child org have defined receiving options

Please Select setup=>Items=>Categories=>Category Accounts. You have select cost group with Category, and accounts information.
