Requisition is not creating in dropshipment after requisition import request is runned.Please help me to sort it out.

While creating the SO Tax and Charges will be defalted on the SO header.I will be greatful if someone clarify from where the values will be taken and the setups required to get these values on the SO.

I have created one new user and created transaction types and done the document assignmants.When creating the SO,I am not getting the transaction types which I have created in the order type.

I am not getting the newly created employees in LOV when I am trying to assign an employee in creating the new user.I have compared with the created employees and the inputs given by me are same when compared.

Unable to approve the requisition.I have done all the setups like approval groups and approval assignments.Heirarchy is assigned.I am able to approve standard PO.
apprciate ur responce in advance.
