For Lot controlled item you can enable Lot Attribute field for keeping extra information like you have at INV level.

But i am not sure whether your items are really Lot enable item.

As per your example , the item can be defined as expense item (uncheck the attribute in inventory Tab in master item> Inventory/Stockable/Transactable is NO)
