It is very simple go to Wrok Bench and select the asset that is to be sale. Click on Retirements Tab > and enter the retireement cost and all other required information. Entries: Accumulated Dep xx Proceeds of sale clearing xx cost of removal Gain xx Revaluation reserve xx Net Book value Gain xx xx ...

I think Dril down functionality is not available in FSG report.

If someone has done this please sure.

1- After running create account programme in payables " Mass Addition create" programme run to transfer the Assets data to fixed Assets.

2- And from fixed asset "create accounting programme" can run.

This is eAM related setup.

When you select Item type as "Asset Type" then this tab will be enable.

And here you can attached the assets activities that is created in eAM.

Normally EAM Org is not created seperatly. And this is the Oracle standard behavour that you should use the Inventory Org to EAM enable Org.
