Hi aboul3ela

Try to open a SR with Oracle to solve this issue.

Also you can make reverse for all transactions you enter with the same wrong date then re-upload these transactions with the right date by using inventory interface.

Hi

First define a sequence document in receivable module then assign the document sequence to receipt method you need to add the sequence with type manual.

So you can enter the receipt number according to your sequence.

After the requester attached the documents & request for approval please check the PR number from requisition summary form & select the attached documents.

If you can see the attached, the approval person will see the attached.

Yes, You can use this report in any sub-ledger inquiry. You only inquiry for account range (from - to) & select the include user transaction parameter to YES.

Again this report get the accounts which already posted in GL.

Dear Tilia

Like the ageepee say, we can define the expense item as a Inventory item but not an asset item (to only track the quantity).

This step will track the item with quantity but all item expense will be paid once when the item delivery on inventory.

Hi Arul

For split line, select from action split then split the quantities according to your need.

For delivery all split lines to same customer, select all lines you need to make a one delivery & press the Ctrl button for each line then pick & ship these lines.

I think the best way is create a new responsibility with the same functions then assign the new one to the user because I think the security rule will be applied on responsibility not applied to users.
