AR Transactions not displaying through search

AR Transactions not displaying through search

I have invoices created in AR (R12), but when i try to query by transaction some transactions do not display at all even though they are in AR.

Nav: AR Responsibility > search then do customer search by Transaction

Can any one help with reason and solution???

It cannot be

Check the search criteria
