scenario is as below.

Suppose GM Purchases is proceeding on leave and he wish to delegate PO approval authority to Manager Local Purchases and Manager Import Purchases separately.

Can we define 2 separate vacation rules for 2 subordinates where Manager Purchases receives and approves only their respective PO's?

What i understand from the above requirement,

You have one operating unit
one Approval Flow (for both Local & Import)
but you want to assing two different users

Not Possiable.
