AR Error

Post by Goutamasa »

Hi there,
When I am trying to open any screen in AR, I am getting the following errors.

ORA-20000: APP-11198: Flexfield Structure: Sales Tax Location not defined in System Parameters
ORA-06512: at "APPS.ARP_TRX_GLOBAL", line 102
ORA-06512: at "APPS.ARP_AUTO_ACCOUNTING", line 36

Can anyone help me in resolving this?

What is the location structure defined in the system options? When you save the system options, system should span 5 concurrent programs to update the tax strcture in R11.

Try changing it to some other value and then to the required location structure and save the transaction. Check whether 5 concurrent programs are created.

Also please specify the apps version.

Thanks for the reply. When I saved it fired 5 concurrent programs. They are completed with Error status. Again I recompiled the Location flexfield. Then request completed successfully, but this error is persisting.

The version is 11.5.10.2.

If the concurrent programs are completed successfully, then this error should not come. Try logout and Login and then try again.

You may also check if there are any invalid objects.
