different color for even and odd records

I want output different color for even and odd records, i think it is done by Set_Item_Instance_Property but i need it in different method when i open form if grid display 10 for example first blue second Red, then blue then red as on ........

if any one know it please reply
i dont need when user navigate to record it will chage i need it is set when user open form....

This form work well but if same code of <b>Post-Query</b> put on <b>When-New-Record-Instance</b> but it not fullfill my requirement because i tell u in my question when i open form its display record in different color, in this code when i clear the block the whole records come to white color

dear rehan,
i am giving u a tip that is each currect row of detail record is highlighted use following steps it is very simple.
1.create a visual attribute in form builder and make the background for that text item coloured u like.
2.go to text item property find current record visual attribute.
3.set that visual attribute for whole record . every column.

the result is very simple without any effort ur current detail record is highlited. no trigger required 4 that even When-New-Record-Instance is not necessary.
