Performance issue in serial control items

Dear

we are facing a Performance issue in serial control items...

like


while receivng a material to the inventory
and
while issuing a material to the sales order

the management has decided to proceed to no serial control

before proceeding to that i like to the impact after changing that

Note:We have Qunatity with serial contal and pending sales order


Its urgent pls Seniors need ur advice.

First you have to find out, who many item exist in the system lot control enable, second step miscellaneous issue all quantity of these items on specific date, then make all item lot control disable.
