Oracle has introducted a new performance monitor tool LTOM for the senior Oracle DBA's. It can be downloaded from metalink for free using doc# 352363.1. Please keep in mind that this is not for beginners.

How can i Login to Metalink
as i have no Support Identifier.

For this you will have to purchase metalink access from Oracle and it has certain cost. How much it will cost you will have to check with Oracle or their partners.
