ORACLE APPLICATION UPGRADE

Hi Guys

i am new comer in this forum my problem is regarding upgrade from 11.0.3 into 11.5.10

we successfully run category 1

but there is some unusuall error in category 2 during rapid install


The process tried to write to a nonexistent pipe.
RW-50010: Error: - script has returned an error: 1
RW-50004: Error code received when running external process. Check log file for details.
Running Database Install Driver for PROD instance
Upgrade File Check

is there any solution
