FRM-40508 ERROR

Hi,

i facing FRM-40508 ERROR in oracle form 6i while i want update the data polalated from a data base table from LOV , Can you suggest any suggestion for eliminating this error.

Try to press shift-F1 to see the actual error message.as it is generic error.
