Forms Personalisation

Hi,
I have ques regarding Forms Personalisation.
I can incorporate the basic personalisation in the forms.
But, I want to do some personalisation in the Descriptive Flexfield in Contracts Organizer form in Projects Contract Module.
I want to make a field "Required" based on the value given in another field. Both the fields are captured in the Descriptive Flexfields.
