DBI Reports

I m facing problem when i publish report in DBI(designer). The Report is published properly but when i try to view to it in BI User Responsibility a message appears( YOU DO NOT HAVE ACCESS TO THIS REPORT). Plz Help me if someone knows the solution. Plz Share docs related to BI or specially DBI Financials.
