How Can I Delete Asset ?

Anyone can tell me how can I delete Asset I already added in Perior Period. and When I try to delete them, I get an error message saying that "APP-OFA-47878: You can only delete assets added in the current period".

Note: Most Of them are CIP Assets and we used Oracle Applications : 11.5.10.2

You will have to retire your asset(s). thanks

The only solutions is u have to retire ur asset. It is not possible to retire ur asset which was purchsed in the current period. To do the same u have to make ur asset value as "Zero" then u have retire ur aset.
