How to send notification

Hi all
I am using oracle app 11.5.10.2.
Is it possible to send notification to a particular user through email when a new customer is created in the system (automatically by giving some email_id)?

You have to do some sort of personalization or check oracle alert when ever ra_customer table update alert will be send to that specific email ID

Ya it is acheived by creating Event alert in using oracle alert module.
After insert of a customer in the basxe tabel ra_customers at alert details u have to mention details .
