PLEASE HELP ME ABOUT WHAT I SHOULD DO TO BE CERTIFIED FINANCIAL CONSULTANT THE PROBLEM IS THAT MANY PERSONS TOLD ME THAT I MUST TAKE THE COURSE IN A CERTIFIED TRAINING CENTER AND THIS WOULD COST ME A LOT THE ORACLE SITE IS REALLY CONFUSING ABOUT THIS POINT
REGARDING ME TAKE EXAMS BEFORE AND IF CAN TAKE THE COURSE ONLINE

In order to become an Certified Financial Consultant (Payables/Receivables) you need to clear 3 exams that is (1Z0-200 , 1Z0-211 , 1Z0-212 or 1Z0-213)
Any one can write all these 3 exams and clear it, but if you want to get the certificate from oracle then you need to study atleast one course from Oracle University.
Only for students who have studied in oracle university are eligible to get a certificate ! It is called as Hands on Course requirement Form !
There was a waiver last year for some period of time, where Oracle allowed any one to write the exams and provided certificates to every one, but that was for a limited period of time only !
