installation

Dear friends,

I am a new member to this group .Please guide me with your valuable suggestions.

We are going to install one customized oracle 9i application software for our company.
Around 20 users are there. First we want to install in the server.
Through server ,other clients should access that application.
Is it neccessary to install both database 9i and Developer suite to be installed in all clients ?
Please advice me how to install that application in the server and clients.
What are the steps involved?
Please help me to do.
