Help in Field Service

HI ,
I'm trying to setup a fresh instance for "field service", to manage the "man power supply" activity of my company
1- The labor paid 5$ per hour.
2- If he works more than 8 hours then he is paid 7.5$ for each extra hour.
3- The labor must have a minimum salary for example 1000$ Per Month.

<b><u>The work processed as follow: </u> </b>
We assign our labors to customer's sites on Daily-bases, according to the customer requests, then, on each shift, we record the labors entry & Exit timing for each site to calculate their daily working hours.

The customer invoice generated according to the daily Customer site timesheet of the labors who had assigned to work for it.
For the first 8 hours, the Customer?s hour rate is 8$ per hour, and for each extra hour the rate raised to be 10$ per hour.
What is the best Oracle Applications product to do this work? Is it the ?Field Service??
Shall I setup oracle (Time & Labor), in addition to, ? the task management?, and ? Debrief ?, in the ?Field Service Dispatcher??
What is the best way/formula to calculate the salary for the labors?

Please I want the guidelines to trace down.
