drop shipment cycle..clarification in Invoice

Hi...

In Dropship cycle.Invoice is generated after the material delivered to the customer..in this case with what document does the customer take material from the supplier..

Note : In India any material transfer (which is sold) has to accompanied by invoice carrying VAT and Excise duty
