How do download reports in MS-Excel?

Hi everybody,

I hope this forum will meet you with happy & fine.

Actually, im a new one 4 this site and ERP Using....
Im an Accounts executive and using ERP for accounting.

When I download a report in AR,AP & GL, that report always downloaded as a text document.

After that I have import in Excel and modify. It takes more time to modify.

But I want in a MS-Excel format.

What can i do?

Is this problem can rectify or cant?????

It is required to use an external tool to build reports in Excel format, If reports are txt based it is difficult to convert in .xls format even more difficult when output is group or matrix. But, there are tools that easily convert .htm files to .xls easily.
