FCH- Problem in creating entity as operating entit

Hi

I am facing aproblem in the setup of FCH.
I have completed configuring EPF and the data has come from GL to EPF.(we have transfered Vision Japan and Vision Sweden data)

Now in FCH, i have created global value set combination as Vision Japan COA.
When i am trying to create an entity as operating entity, i have selected the ledger Sweden and when i am trying to add company i am getting the lovs of Japan inspite of taking the ledger as sweden.

Is that i am missing any setup to take the sweden values in order to complete the setup of creating entity as OU.

Kindly help me.
