hi every one i am new entry in oracle R 12 financial.i would like to make account in metalink but i facing the problam of support identifier.any body help me.
thanks for qucik reply.actually sir my quistion is that what is the customer support identifier number.and how i find it .because it is mandatory for metalink account.
Once you or your company will buy support from oracle then they will give you the same it is not free. Oracle normally charge 20% support fee of license price. tks
