A new person type can not be found

Dear Adel,

Note that you cannot assign the employee person type from Person Type Usages screen. Instead, go to People Form and inquire about the applicant, and make the action "Hire Applicant" and then choose your new employee person type "Emp-TEST".
The Person Type Usages form only allows you to choose among certain person types such as: Dependent, Beneficiary, etc...

if you want this person type appear at all employee screen or the screen you need please make sure that you select the following system name "Employee" not the one you select "Former spouse" and donot check defualt for is persont type to see both type "Employee" and the one you enter

Hi,
Dear Adel,
When ever one Applicant is hired as an Employee you cannot mark him/her another type only satus for employee change when you apply actual termination date in End Employement Screen.

In contact person of this particular assignment you have an acces of this person type to try to make some entries as an contact person for this like relative, reference or next of kin, dependant, etc...
