ORACLE R12 INSTALLATION ERROR

Hello Gurus,
please i really your help here,i am trying to install Oracle R12 and im having this error.i will appreaciate your quick response in getting this resolve.i am installing it on Window server 2003
and here is teh requirement using

C drive: 40GB
D drive :270GB
