Talent Management Link Displays Blank after Clicki

Hello Gurus,

I am trying to set up talent management on 12.0.6. I have actually gone through the most difficult parts like creating the PMP, and able to attach many appraisal templates to it without strees. But just recently when I was trying to consolidate going live, I discovered that when I click the Talent Management link on the Employee Self Service, I only see a blank screen. This is not happening on the Manager Self Service where the appraisal is initiated. Also, I observe that when I first finished the configuration, I was not having the problem. The problem just developed suddenly and I do not know what could be the cause. We upgraded from 12.0.5 to 12.0.6 but the problem still persists. Does anybody have any idea of what could be wrong.
