Perl Version error while cloning oracle apps r12

Hi,
I am trying to make clone for oracle apps r12 on windows. when i try to prepare the source and run the (per adpreclone.pl dbTier) i get the following error.
Perl lib version (5.6.1) doesn't match executable version......

please help to overcome this issue.

I'm not quite familiar with Oracle Apps R12 on Windows. In fact, I'm not quite familiar with any version of Oracle Apps in Windows but let's try to troubleshoot. Any change recently?
