Regarding Journal import

Hi,
I am facing one problem regarding journal import. When i am importing journal entries from feeder system to interface table and then GL then i saw duplicate journal entries are there how i am not able to understand?

kindly provide me solution on it.

Dear Swapnil,

There is no way Journal Import program can generate Duplicate Entries, unless otherwise the issue is with the Data Uploaded to the GL interface table.
Please let us know in detail what you did and what happend ...
You uploaded data in to GL interface using scripts or did any interface ?
After loading data, when you ran the journal import program, the program completed succesfully or it ended in error?
If it ended in error or warning, can you provide us the reason for it ...
When you say duplication, you mean, same entries with same info are getting generated twice ... or is there an difference ..
Is there any intercompany balancing rules in place , which creates additional lines automatically when balancing segment is different..
Also which version are you using Release 11 or Release 12 ?
