Purchase Requisition status - Returned, Action HIs

Hi All,

im unable to create autocreate a Purchase Requisition into a PO.

The status of PR shows returned, but in Action History it shows "Approve".

did any 1 faced such a problem.

If yes please share the solution.

Try to open the PR then approve again.
