Hi,
I want to know how to pay salary to an employee who is suspended.
For example : You changed the assignment status of an employee on (20-NOV-2011) and he is suspended but you want to pay him for the last 19 days, How to pay him because i tried to create quick pay for him and changed the effective date to (19-NOV-2011) but the system is paying him full month salary.
Any one can help , will be appreciated.
You can achieve this either through standard element proration formulas, or through PLSQL functions defined in the functions form and called in your Salary Fast Formula
Thanks ahmed for ur reply, Unfortunately if the status of assignment is (suspended) u will not be able to see anytihing after creating quickpay so how to do it...thanks
