Physical Inventory

Hello,

I have a question about physical inventory: when i took snapshoot and create tags of the subinventory not all the items included in the snapshoot ,i have founded that there are items not included . i noticed that the system takes snapshoots only on the items that have transactions in this month only , is this true or exists another reason?
