Payroll Reversal Wrong Balance update

Dear All,

I run the Payroll for one emplyee then I do the complete reversal for that emp, the reversal was ok with all values but it did not reverse the balance.

I have one Balance with name Loan feeded by loan deduction element by subtracting it. When I run the payroll for the current month the balance was 1000, after payroll it became 0 with deduction of 1000 by element.

when I run the reversal all values are reversed with negative value including deduction element with value -1000,
I thought it will also reverse the balance to the original postion that was before the payroll (1000) but it showing the velue for current balance is -1000

before payroll balance 1000
after payroll run 0
after reversal -1000 --- while it should 1000 as before payroll run....

Also when I am trying to run QuickPay after reversal the system gives message there are future process or incomplete pas process.

Please help out?
