ORG assignment on responsibility

Dear All,

I am using EBS 11.5.10.2 and Database 10.2.0.3.0.

I have a responsibility which assigned only one ORG and working fine, but after abnormally shutdown the database the responsibility have 2 ORG while the responsibility still assigned only one ORG, but on change organization form it show me 2 organization.

Kindly help me in this regards how do I correct this.
