Unable to see Responsibility menus in Home page.

Good day,
our user is facing a problem that is...he is not able to see the menus and functions of a responsibility in home page....though he clicks that...however he is able to see from forms....

Since Admin has already given the reference of this issue hence hopefully below will also help you.

1 - Check if the responsibility is not end dated.
2 - Run the request "Syn responsibility role data into the WF table".
3 - Run the request " Shnchronize WF LOCAL Tables" enter the following parameters

-Orig System : ALL
-Parallel Process :0
-Loggin Mode : LOGGING(Logging Activated)
-Temporary Tablespace :Blank
Raise Errors: yes

4 - Run the request "Workflow Directory Services User/Role Validation"
enter below parameters

-p_BatchSize:10000
-Fix dangling user/roles : Yes
-Add missing user/role assignment : Yes
-Update WHO columns in WF tables : yes

5 - Log off and login back and verify that the responsibility appears.

That should resolve the issue.
