how to create schadule in sql server 2008 r2

Hello admin

I am new as DBA. write now I am using sql serevr 2008 r2 to take bakup of databases. Daily I am taking backup in manual way Example
point to database right click on task and the click on backup.
I want to make schadule for these daily backup routain.so, could you please answer me in step by step
