How to list all customizations

How to list all customizations

Hi All,

Recently i have joined an 11i to R12 upgrade team. My first task is to list all current customizations in 11i. The problem i am facing is no proper naming methods were followed for custom objects.
My question is, in such scenario how will i find out custom objects. For example i want to know all custom views created by user, how can i achive this task?
