Disable Others Regime when you use your Tax Regime

If we using own Regime in vision instance but it shows all related US regime so which way to hide all Regime or any Profile Options use it ......

can you let me know which screen you are referring to ..i.e. the screen in which you are able to see all the Regimes ..?
