Everyone must say thanks to Mr Sridhar for his valuable contribution towards RD 020 questionaire.
One can really thank him by way of adding some practical questions which they have faced during their implementation.
That way only, we can prepare perfect and valuable document.
I request the senior to takeup the initiation towards this warmup work.

This document is used to in following phase
Definition ? establish the business objectives and related requirements.
Based on this questions which is to be prepared by the functional consultant the consultants understands the current business practices by the client and this forms the base for preparation for BP 80 and BR 100 docs.

Hi cheekoThis questionare shapes up - RD-20 and NOT directly BP-80
RD-20 MAY then supports BP-80
Its just my understanding.

I dont know the codes of various AIM documents like AS-IS Process,
Business Process Re-Engineer,Business Requirement Definition,Business Requirement Mapping etc.
Can any one give me the name of the document with the code like RD-20 etc.
It will be of great help.
