Purchase Requisition Stuck

After approving the PRs by project Managers. PR Status still showing as IN PROCESS...but in the action history its showing as APPROVED.
Please help me in this regard.

YA it happens when the PR is still in the approval process with different approvers although each approver when approves it it will show in hierarchy as approved but actually it is pending with some next approving authority,

if this is not the case check the PR amount and the approval group assigned to each approver

Its not still in the approval process.Final Approver is Project Manager.
In the action history its showing as approved but in the PR header level its showing as IN PROCESS.

PR amount and approval group assigned to each approver also correct.

PR Workflow also errored out saying that
