REQUISITION Error message

Hello Guys,
I am trying to create a new requistion,and i have this error message
please could tell me what i need to do ASAP,i know that something is wrong somewhere


<b>APP-PO-14142:get_po_parameter-10:ORA-01403:no data found

Cause: A SQL error has occurred in get_po_parameter.The SQL error
is ORA-01403: no data found.

Actio: Take note of both this error number and the actions you were

Please define purchasing options, financial Options for your Organization. Also check that you have defined master org and child org have defined receiving options
