INSTALL BASE OPEN INTERFACE NOT PICKING THE RECORD

Hi All,

I am trying to Update actually Add an Extended Attribute in case existing Instance in an Operating UNit. So I inserted an record main CSI Instance iNterface with INstance number , id and with status as R and valid Trx source code.
and with same interface id inserted into CSI_IEA_VALUE_INTERFACE with necessary values.

and am running open import program INSTALL BASE OPEN INTERFACE , but its not reading the record even from Instance interface.Please can any one share thoughts on this , and help me
