Oracle EBS R12.2.2 Start and Stop Procedure

Dear Friends

I have successfully installed R12.2.2 in OEL 6.4-x64. However, first time I have seen login page but after restart application instance now I cannot up the application instance.

I have executed command (adnodemgrctl.sh start) to start node manager which being up with status 0. On the other hand when I run command (adadminsrvctl.sh start) to start Weblogic Admin Server getting below error message. Could anybody help me to solve the issue?
