Hi would any body through more light on the concepts of auto invoice and auto lockbox?? is auto invoicing related with purchasing and lockbox with receivables? ur effective quick answers are valued. Thanks.

Hi,

No Auto Invoice and Lock Box is for receivables.

Auto invoice create the transactions for the receivable and Locak Box create the receipts for the receivables.

When you want to create the transaction by use of some flat file or through uploader than you use this autoinvoice .

When you want to enter receipt but not manually than you can define one lockbox and use it to upload the receipt from Flat file to main tables.
