Can any body tell me

As a Apps technical consultant how we contact to the web?suppose a form/report we deploy on to the server then how we connect to the web?

Hello roshan,

As a Apps technical consultant you can connect like this...

Goto internet explorer---------->give the apps server site address.

It will ask userid/password
then it will apper responsibility screen.

Suppose you are developing one new form or report.

Develope the report as per your client requiremnt and save it to the local mechine.

Then open the FTP(File transfer protocol)
connect to FTP and give local mechine path as well as server mechine path and then transfer the report(.RDF) from your local mechine to the corresponding direction to the server.

If it is Po Report:

Ex:
PO/11.5.0/US/reports

follow these steps:

Register the report in apps server.

1)create executable, and execution method as "oracle reports"
2)create concurrent program and attcah executable to the concurrent program
3)create request group and attach concurrent program to the request group.
4)create responibility and attach request group to the responsibility.
5)create user and attach responsibilty to user.

If any queries please let me know.
