1. Navigate to Org Access form in Inventory
2. Suppose you have 2 Inventory Organizations - X and Y
and you have 2 responsibilities R1 and R2
3. Now if you want to give Responsibility R1 access to only Inv Org X, then in the Org Access form, select the Org X and select the responsibility R1 against it (in same row)
4. Similarly if you want to give responsibility R2 access to both Inv Orgs X and Y. Then in Org Access form, select the Org X and select the responsibility R2 and in the next row, select Org Y and select responsibility R2 against it in the same row.
Save this
5. The above should work. But there is a bug on this Org Access form
However not relevant to discuss it here.
Please let know if you were able to do it

Hi,
Till the time new Organization is assigned to any responsibility it is common to all the responsibilities.
In your case you have assigned your new Organization to your own responsibility but the Organizations which you are getting in LOV is not being assigned to any responsibilities.. That is the reason you could able to see other Orgs also along with your restricted Org.
Assign other Orgs to any super user resp.
You will get expected result..
