can we display line in lov

Is it possible to display lines amongst records of lov e.g i have an lov showing names of items and i want to seperated those names and other records with line.

thanks for your help actully i want to display records just like in excel as Horizontal and vertical complete lines actully this type of procedure depends upon the length of field and at the end fields getting mixup
